Shaheed Ahmad Zakzaky’s Birthday Commemorated in Abuja on 13th October, 2019. Some members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria commemorated the birthday of Shaheed Ahmad Zakzaky In Abuja.

The birthday event which took place in Fudiyyah Maraba, Abuja was jointly organized by Abul Fadl Foundation and Jaish Sayyid Ahmad Zakzaky.
The event started at around 4:00pm in a grand style and graced by the attendance of mostly youths. The anniversary commenced with an opening prayer as well as Qur’anic recitation, followed by entertainment from various music entertainers.
A paper was presented on the works of Shaheed Ahmad Zakzaky towards the development of the Islamic Movement. After which members of the Intizarul Mahdi made a colourful display in honour of the great martyr.
Malam Muhammad Abbare delivered a speech with the theme ‘Sacrifice for the sake of Allah’, where he highlighted important points from which the youths are expected to learn and adopt.
A video about the life of Shaheed Ahmad was projected. Followed by congregational Magrib and Isha’i prayers, after which a speech was delivered by Muhammad Maina on the historical aspect of the life of Shaheed Ahmad Zakzaky.
