MARTYR ABDULMALIK SANI
Martyr Abdulmalik was born on 6th March, 1987 in Kaduna state into the family of Mal. Sanimaishadda who was once the Commander of Hurras unit of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria.
He had his primary school education at Ahmad Umar Islamic Institute, UnguwanMu’azu and secondary education at ShehuAbubakar Gumi College. He then went ahead to Federal Cooperative College Kaduna were he acquired his HND in Economic Management. He did his National youth Service in 2012.Martyr Abdulmalikalso went to Kaduna State University where he had his PGD in Business Administration. He attained martyrdom at the age of 30years leaving behind his parent and siblings.
Before his martyrdom, he was a member of Academic Forum of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria.
Martyr Abdulmalik was a simple, kind, compassion and dedicated person whohardly talk or intervene on issues that doesn’t concern him.Martyr Abdulmalik always perform voluntary fasting.
He attained martyrdom on 7 January 2018 in Kaduna whenNigerian Police force under the leadership Nasir El-rufa’i attacked a peaceful FreeZakzaky protest.
On his martyrdom day, he told one of his friends that he was going to attain martyrdom, as it is the only solution to this situation. Martyr Abdulmalik has on several occasionstold his family that he is going to be the first martyr in the family.
